What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan gives you 10 trial searches to try the database, with a match / no-match signal on each result. Filing records is free on every plan, including Free. Once you've used your 10 trial searches there is no monthly reset — upgrade to Pro to continue searching.
What do I get on Pro?
Pro (£79/mo) includes unlimited searches with full record detail — issue type, filing dates, and region of the reporting agency — plus priority moderation (records reviewed within 24 hours), and up to 3 user logins for multi-branch teams.
Can Free plan users file records?
Yes. Filing records is free on every plan, including Free. We never charge to add a record to the database — the network is only valuable if every agency can contribute.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves you two months — £790/year for Pro versus £948 paid monthly, a saving of £158. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time via Settings → Billing. Founding Member pricing is locked for the duration of continuous subscription.
Is TenantAlert GDPR compliant?
Yes. TenantAlert is ICO-registered and operates as a Data Controller. All adverse records go through a human moderation queue. Subjects retain a right of reply, and records are automatically purged after 6 years in line with ICO guidance.
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise is a bespoke arrangement for multi-branch groups and large portfolios. It includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager, custom SLA, and access to the Enterprise API. Contact hello@tenantalert.co.uk to discuss.
