Integrations

TenantAlert is built to fit inside the workflows agents already use

Running an adverse tenant search should not require switching between systems, re-entering applicant data, or opening a separate browser tab. TenantAlert's integration programme connects the database directly to the property management software letting agents use every day — so a search can be triggered from within the platform the agent is already working in, and the result comes back in context.

Why integrations matter for letting agents

Letting agents operate across multiple platforms simultaneously: a CRM for applicant management, a referencing portal for credit and employment checks, a payment platform for rent collection, a deposit scheme portal for registration. Each additional login and each additional data re-entry step is friction. Friction reduces compliance — agents skip steps that feel burdensome, even when those steps matter.

Native integrations remove that friction. When a TenantAlert search can be triggered with a single click from within the applicant record in your CRM, and the result is returned to the same record, the search becomes a natural part of the workflow rather than an additional task. The goal is for every agent to run a TenantAlert search on every new applicant, without it adding meaningful time to the referencing process.

Don't see your software listed?

TenantAlert is actively developing new integrations based on agent demand. If the platform you use is not listed above, contact hello@tenantalert.co.uk and tell us what you use. Integration priorities are driven by which platforms agents are asking for.

All integrations are currently in development. In the meantime, TenantAlert runs in any browser and takes under two minutes per search. Agents can join today on the Free plan, run searches immediately, and benefit from integrations automatically when they go live. Join as a Founding Member and lock in Pro access.
